cursed with God you are free from causes of life when you understand the words of God your business and life will become part everyone deserves to follow and after now they want to follow you now I’m in business all over the world people come down here and ask how are you making it in business from all over from different parts of the world people have traveled here I’m in my business and they are finding that how are you doing it in Nigeria so when you follow God’s principles people want to find out how you’re making it and after today they’ll look for you so you need to understand that the principles of God also work anywhere and the world so don’t ignore the principles of God in business number two appreciate Little Beginnings I appreciate work many people’s challenge is little accomplishment are your calling card for the future they will help you to determine your marketability and selling yourself it is your results that count try to contribute something substantial and measurable everyday to organization be more results oriented in your approach to your career let me say this to you how career people listen carefully don’t ever stay in an organization as I’ve worked here for six years and they have not promoted me what is your contribution for those six years I’ve been here for 12 years this man kept promoting my genius ahead of me what have your Genius contributed and what have you contributed they don’t like my face in this organization we are just walking and walking and nothing to show what is your contribution if you have contributed nothing to an organization you are not useful to that organization so be more contribution worth driven your results and place a scale put your bar always take a graph what is my result here if you’re a teacher for instance and you have taught for 12 years and all your students perform below 30 percent you are a poor teacher your contribution show they should suck you because every child you teach cannot be done you stay in the office eight to six pm at how far what did you achieve eight to six it’s not the length of hours you stay is what you achieve some people calculate how long they stay in office to determine how well they are successful e control your anger control work is career control your what emotions must be controlled in every working place communicate your feelings tactically and quietly anger is destructive even when expressed softly in the wrong direction don’t ever explode in a working environment don’t ever threaten or attack others publicly you can never develop your career don’t tell your colleagues off Burning Bridges damages your reputation anybody you see shout in a working place is an irresponsible staff and you hear what I’m saying so shouting doesn’t make you that you’re tough it’s not only with the person you dislike but also with the business community at large they shouldn’t be out of your voice in the office there are people who when they come you will know I don’t mean just noise they are always quarreling they should suck you you can’t make an office uncomfortable enough is what I’ll teach further on employee and employer I’ll see that there are some people who have only takes but nobody wants to work with them because they are so arrogant they shout on every staff the organization can’t grow like that all top men will grow an organization they control their temper you must have the control over your temper you can’t shout at them and say you Beast will perform check if people don’t like working with you you have a character problem or shouting anger anger must be controlled in a working environment you can’t call people I’ve seen young men wearing business called people before they admire you’re calling before who is a driver can be your boss tomorrow Joseph was a housekeeper who became a prime minister so don’t call anybody before stupid driver stupid employee you’re stupid are you saying stupid where his wife is because he has more money the day the driver against this boy does not expect me God has blessed him he does not respect you because YouTube did not expect him you want to grow your career control your anger does not really shout at your employees anyhow you can connect people without shouting I can correct me without insulted them I can correct people without anger they are different between discipline and insult they’re not the same you know what I don’t say you should not get angry over nonsense freedom is good but you don’t have to insult people you have to what their foul language you must not use on your stuff then F finally change things change what change things don’t stay in a job you hate I repeat don’t stay in a job you hate because of stomach hurting your daily routine can ruin your health and can make everyone around you include your spouse and family miserable.
